My foot feels better. I walked for 15 mins today and although it hurt a little it’s definately getting there. I’m so relieved.
Gonna try the elliptical for 10 mins and see how it goes. I’m so impatient lol.

UPDATE! God it felt good to work out. Foot felt good after elliptical, weights and some sparring :D Step things up again tomorrow.
