Been a bit quiet with the personal posts this last week or so. I’m a bit frustrated by the lack of movement on the scales but I’m staying on track.
Maybe my body needs a couple of weeks to settle down. Catch up with the changes it’s gone through in the last 4 months. And I’m cool with that. I guess.
Been hitting the gym regularly and even fit in some swimming today, hurray :) Eating is still on track but I had been getting lazy and although staying within my calorie limit (1400 per day) I wasn’t really eating the right kind of foods, you know? So now I’m back to preparing my grilled chicken salads and packing more fruit so who knows, maybe that’ll help me get moving again.
Gym in the morning. Again!
