Day 133

Weighing in tomorrowwwww…dun dun dunnn..

Meanwhile was at the gym today. I felt kind of lethargic and don’t really think I gave it my all on the rower but I did hit 15 mins again on the treadmill, not counting warm up and cool down and I did a further 15 on the elliptical. I guess a slightly lazy workout is better than no workout at all.

Gonna get an early night tonight and keep my fingers crossed that tomorrow’s weigh in is a good one.
